Use this form to request camp tuition assistance from the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund. You can apply for assistance for any Jewish overnight camp.

Payment Instructions
Payments must be made directly to the camp.
Please provide the mailing address or payment link for camp. Include the payment due date as well.
i.e. "Make check payable to OSRUI with camper's name in the Memo line. Mail to PO Box 1, Oconomowoc, WI, 59999. Payments due by April 1, 2025."
